How long will it take to receive my order?

In general, orders are sent out within 2-3 days of receiving them. Shipping takes 2-4 weeks varies by destination.

How will my order be sent?

Everything is sent out via standard air mail second class post. If you require trackable or more secure postage, please get in touch before placing your order.

My order arrived damaged, what are you going to do about it?

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsibly for any damage that happens during transit of your order. If it happens we send out a replacement free of charge.

What’s the deal with pre orders?

Generally, pre-orders are set up to help pay a release’s shipping. We try to aim for about 2 weeks between when a pre order goes up and the release is ready to ship. You will be notified by email when your order has been sent.

It’s been weeks and weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived, where is it?
